Here the Citizen’s Assembly looms above the
Citizen’s Terrace and looks over the mountainside, and
around it are countless statues of the Republic’s heroes. The
Lord-Admiral’s Palace, Scarlet Keep,
and the estates of the city’s shipmasters can all be found in the Master’s Peak.
