Third of the city’s tiers, the Temple District is the religious heart of
Nis Daksi, where priests and maidens reside. Nine temples are
there: Fatherhood, Love, Language,
Forge, Manners, Law, Commerce, and
Violence, all arranged around the central temple of
Motherhood.
