The Scarlet Keep is the estate of the First Mothers at the very summit of
Nis Daksi, on a hill above the Master’s Peak. It
takes its name from the red cloaks worn by its retainers. Behind its low wall is
the palace of the First Mothers and the Sanctum of Law.
